The purpose of this contract notice is to provide cleaning and logistics services at the INES site in Le Bourget du Lac.

The services include basic services (or flat-rate services), services on a price list and services on a controlled expenditure basis.

Basic Benefits include the following:

• Hygiene and cleanliness of conventional and dust-controlled premises,

• Waste management,

• Pest control and disinsectization,

• Glazing cleaning,

• Handling services,

• Receiving and shipping heavy and bulky packages, including the management of external storage space,

• Collecting, sending, franking and distributing mail and light parcels,

• Maintenance and management of the fleet of service vehicles and bicycles,

• Logistics of platform consumables,

• Logistics and storage of the Module platforms,

• Maintenance of green spaces, atrium and snow removal.

The contract is concluded for a period of three firm years followed by two extensions of 12 months each, in the form of optional tranches (n°1 and n°2).

The contract also provides for an option: Option n°1: Takeover phase for a period of one (1) month.
