This consultation concerns: services for the Exploitation of the cleanliness and the Hygiene of the media library and municipal archives of Melun

the Contracting Authority shall entrust the Holder with the cleaning and maintenance services, including interior and exterior glazing, of the installations described in the contract documents. The premises concerned by this contract are as follows:- basement: parking (45 spaces) and access ramp,- rDC (about 900m²): public entrance, reception hall, public toilets, local, Cyberlab, auditorium, access ramp and kiosk area, exterior glazed railings, tiled exterior forecourt (public entrance, personal entrance and cafeteria),- level 1 (about 900m²): access ramp, youth area and youth workshop,- Level 2 (about 1000m²): access ramp, adult area, auditorium and activity rooms,- level 3 (about 150m²): access ramp and consultation area heritage archives,- the three staircases and three elevators
