The overall value of the framework agreement is EUR 96 000 000.00 (ninety-six million / 00) divided as follows:

1) EUR 85 000 000 (eighty five million / 00) for the supply of n. 10 electric trains of which 17,000,000.00 EUR (seventeen million / 00) covered by the first implementation contract for n. 2 electric trains;

2) 7,000,000.00 EUR (seven million / 00) for the three-year maintenance service for n. 10 electric trains of which € 1,000,000.00 of security charges are not subject to a discount;

3) EUR 4 000 000.00 (four million / 00) for technical stock for n. 10 electric trains.
