3. The item of the order was not divided into parts. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.
4. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders and in the form of electronic catalogs.
5. The Contracting Authority shall not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (8) p.z.p.
6. A detailed description and method of performing the order is contained in the OPZ, constituting Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ.
7. Lease conditions:
1) lease term: not longer than 60 months (5 years) in the next 59 fifty-nine equal, unchanging lease installments, payable once a month on the basis of the repayment schedule attached to the contract;
2) leasing installments with a fixed, unchanging interest rate during the term of the contract;
3) initial payment: 1% of the net value of the subject of the order, payable once within 7 days from the date of signing the leasing agreement
4) redemption option – the last installment (60 installment) is a buyout for ownership of the vehicle, provided that all receivables resulting from the leasing agreement are repaid
5) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of concluding a leasing agreement on the model in force at the Contractor's, with the proviso that the provisions contained in THE SWZ and OPZ will be included in the leasing agreement. Before signing the contract, the Contractor shall submit to the Ordering Party a model leasing agreement together with the general terms and conditions of the lease. In the event of discrepancies between the provisions of these provisions and the SWZ and the Contractor's model contract, the provisions of the contract and SWZ that are important for the parties shall apply.
