Procurement of Trade certificate competence in HEA 3102 The procurement is for Bergen, Voss rural municipality and Vaksdal municipality.

Bergen Municipality and member municipalities in ‘Kunnskapskommunen’ have employees who work in the nursing and care sector without having trade certificate competence. The municipalities are working to ensure that employees in the municipality health service have a certificate of competence.

Adult employees in the municipal health service can obtain a trade certificate in Health Work through two different learning models, trainee candidate scheme and ‘trade certificate on the job’. Common to these two learning models is the requirement to pass the HEA 3102 exam.
