The project will be implemented in stages:

In phase 1, the expansion of the upper secondary school and primary school, the subject of this contract offer

In phase 2, the renovation work of the upper secondary school will be carried out, a separate CONTRACT TENDER WILL BE HELD LATER

In phase 3, a maintenance building will be carried out, a separate contract tender will be held later.

The contract form of the procurement is divided contract and the main contractor is the construction contractor, the construction contract is subject to side contracts (electrical work, automation work, HVAC works and the client's separate procurement contracts).

Middle School:

The construction project encompasses the expansion of the middle school built in 1967 with canteen and foyer halls, as well as the construction of an elementary school as an extension.

A gateway will be built between the secondary school and the primary school.

The project includes 4 yard shelters, a bus canopy and the transfer of a hut building.

Yard:

The construction project comprises all yard functions, furniture, equipment, vegetation, coatings, parking areas and light traffic routes located inside the contract area of this invitation to tender. In addition, this project includes the demolition of the old enclosure in the school centre area and the construction of a new fence in its entirety, also outside the contract area as planned.
