As part of the application of European Regulation No. 1107/2006, published on 05/07/2006, concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when they make air travel, Guadeloupe Pole Caraïbes airport is looking for an experienced service provider. The service covers assistance to passengers, disabled persons and persons with Reduced Mobility (Phmr), on arrival, departure or connecting on the flights of all airlines operating at the airport in compliance with the rules in force and with a level of quality of service meeting the requirements set by the airport manager, this while respecting the preservation of the autonomy of the Phmr. The service also includes the provision of a self-service chair service. Framework agreement with purchase orders:- minimum annual amount: 300 000 euro(s) HT- maximum annual amount: 2 000 000 euro (s) (excl. tax).
