Cleaning is a central function in B's property management, where well-maintained premises are important for the well-being of tenants, employees and visitors. For some people with allergies and the like, a good and proper cleaning is a prerequisite for being able to stay in the premises under tolerable conditions.

It is therefore of the utmost importance that cleaning is carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documents and that L, who performs the service, ensures a consistent and high level of services delivered during the contract period.
Brief description of the contract
This procurement relates to framework agreements for cleaning services (internal maintenance) with associated additional services in B's property portfolio for a total cleaning area of approximately 95,000 square meters (sqm) with approximately 240 stairwells. Tenders must be submitted for the entire assignment.
The following services are included in the tenderer's undertaking (the contract)
· Regular cleaning in stairwells, other common areas and offices.
· Periodic cleaning (deep cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, garage, etc.)
· Acquisition, management and costs of cleaning materials/equipment for regular and periodic cleaning
· Consumables Acquisition and Management
As additional additional services on call-offs, the following may be relevant:
· Flyttstäd/Lägenhetstäd
· Saneringstäd
· Extra källarstäd
· Cleaning of contractors' premises, etc.
Term
The framework agreement is valid from 2024-02-01 to 2026-01-31 with the possibility of extension for another (1) + one (1) year with unchanged terms.
The maximum contract period is four (4) years.
