The subject of the contract is comprehensive care for homeless and free-living animals with trapping in 2024.

1. The subject of the contract is Comprehensive care for homeless and free-living animals with trapping in 2024.

2. The subject of the order shall consist of:

1) Taking care of homeless animals belonging to the City of Suwałki, staying as at 31.12.2023 in the Sianożęć Shelter and taking care of homeless animals caught from the City of Suwałki in 2024,

2) Catching of homeless animals, free-living cats and farm animals from the city of Suwałki in 2024,

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes "Description of the subject of the contract" (Appendix No. 1) and "Essential provisions of the contract" (Appendix No. 8).

4. The contractor must have a legal title to the shelter in which it will provide the service referred to in paragraph 2 point 2.

5. The contractor shall provide the necessary staff with appropriate authorisations to carry out the subject matter of the contract. The above personnel shall be reported by the Contractor for approval to the Contracting Entity.
