Description:
Supply of electricity to the NORDA purchasing group

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in 2023 to the collection points described in Annex 5a, 5b, 5c to the SWZ.

2.The subject of the contract includes the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 up to 4 289 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (consumption fluctuation +/- 10%) 92 697.49 MWh (basic order), of which :

1) For premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the contract) – 44 327.35 MWh – the detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 5a to the SWZ (basic order)

2) For premises and facilities – tariff group B (Part 2 of the contract) – 33 872,19 MWh – the detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 5b to the SWZ

3) For the purposes of road lighting (Part 3 of the contract) – 14 497,95 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 5c to the SWZ.

Electricity supply to premises and facilities — tariff groups C, G, R

Detailed description of the subject of the contract - Part 1 of the contract - Supply of electricity to premises and facilities - tariff group C, G, R

1) Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 2 723 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex 5a to the SWZ.

Estimated electricity consumption (basic order) during the term of the contract 44 327.35 MWh, of which:

Zone I 25 284,15 MWh

Zone II 13 506,59 MWh

Strefa III 5 536,61 MWh

option 420,64 MWh, of which:

Zone I 273.37 MWh

Zone II 147.27 MWh

The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).

Ordering Party - Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej w Jezierzycach Sp. z o.o. - a photovoltaic installation is installed in the PPE facility 590243881019447791 (part 1 of the order), the Ordering Party has the status of a manufacturer. The contracting authority provides for signing with the contractor with whom the contract for the supply of electricity will be concluded, a contract for resale and balancing of electricity generated in RES and delivered to the grid (on its model). The estimated amount of energy to be resold is approx. 1 MWh.

As a result of the resolution of the proceedings, 43 contracts will be concluded

Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, subject to possible different dates of commencement / end of deliveries described in detail in the List of collection points and taking into account the rights resulting from the options.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Information presented in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/48/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) [GDPR] (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). EU L 2016.119.1):

1) The administrator of their personal data, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" is the Road and Greenery Authority in Gdynia (81-364) 10 Lutego 24 Street, tel. 58 761 20 00, email: sekretariat@zdiz.gdynia.pl ;

2) The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at email:iod@zdiz.gdynia.pl;

3) all personal data obtained in connection with the implementation of the order will be processed: in order to perform the contract, verify personal data in public registers, establish, investigate or defend any claims under the contract as legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator and in order to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (including for archiving purposes) - pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR;

4) the recipients of your data will be entities and bodies to which the Administrator is obliged or authorized to provide personal data on the basis of generally applicable provisions of law, in particular persons or entities to whom the documentation of proceedings will be made available in accordance with the Act of 6 September 2001 on access to public information (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 902), entities participating in the implementation of the contract and entities, to whom the Administrator will entrust personal data for processing in connection with the implementation of services guaranteeing proper performance of the order;

5) personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract, and after that time for the period necessary to secure and pursue any claims under the contract and for the period required by generally applicable law (including archiving);

6) data subjects have the right to access the above-mentioned personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing of data, on the terms and conditions resulting from the GDPR;

7) data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (00-193 Warsaw, Stawki 2 Street) regarding the processing of personal data provided contrary to the GDPR.

Electricity supply to premises and facilities — tariff group B

1). Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 41 pcs.

2). A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) is included by the contracting authority in Annex 5b to the SWZ.

3). Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract

33 872,19 MWh, of which:

Zone I 13 680,91 MWh

Zone II 3 956,32 MWh

Strefa III 16 234,96 MWh

4). The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/- 10%).

5). All layouts are adapted to the seller change procedure.

6). Ordering Party - Zakład Usług Wodny Sp. z o.o. in Słupsk, in the PPE facility 590243881019848567 (part 2 of the order) in connection with the photovoltaic installation, the Ordering Party has the status of a manufacturer. The contracting authority provides for signing with the contractor (on its model), with whom a contract for the supply of electricity will be concluded, a contract for resale and balancing of electricity generated in RES and delivered to the grid. The estimated amount of energy to be resold is about 15 MWh.

7) Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, subject to possible different dates of commencement / end of deliveries described in detail in the List of collection points.

(8) Annex 5b describes in detail the changes in contractual capacity during the year of validity of the electricity supply contract, which the contractor must take into account when notifying facilities in the process of changing the seller.

Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting

1) Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 1 525 pcs.

2) A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) was included by the contracting authority in Annex 5c to the SWZ.

3) Estimated electricity consumption (basic order) during the term of the contract 14 497.95 MWh, of which:

Zone I 4 075,68 MWh

Zone II 10 422,27 MWh

4) The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/- 10%).

5) Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, subject to possible different dates of commencement / end of deliveries described in detail in the List of collection points.
