Provide eco-responsible catering services for a symposium on Physiology and Pathophysiology of Tissue Immunology Mechanisms in Marseille for approximately 300 people, including a welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches, and themed buffet dinners.

The purpose of this contract is to provide catering services in an eco-responsible approach and within the framework of the symposium entitled "Physiology and Pathophysiology of Tissue Immunology Mechanisms" organized by the Marseille Luminy Immunology Center (CIML) – UMR7280 in collaboration with the EMBO (European Molecular Biology Organization) which will be held from Wednesday 20 afternoon to Friday 22 March 2024 evening in Marseille for approximately 300 people.

Prize N° 1 : 1 Welcome aperitif cocktail + 4 Coffee breaks + 2 Lunches (buffet style) + 1 Evening "Wine and Cheese" themed buffet

Prize N° 2: 1 Gala dinner (buffet style)

1 Welcome aperitif cocktail + 4 Coffee breaks + 2 Lunches (buffet) + 1 Evening "Wine and Cheese" themed buffet

This prize is divided into four (4) different services: 1 welcome aperitif cocktail + 4 coffee breaks + 2 lunches in the form of buffets + 1 themed "Wine and cheese" buffet.
