UM wishes to tender for the internal relocation movements. Um's buildings are spread over the city centre of Maastricht and at the Randwijck location. Occasionally, relocations to and from UM buildings outside Maastricht (i.e. Venlo, Heerlen, Geleen and Brussels) can be carried out.

A distinction is made between regular moving activities and project relocations.

Regular removals: Removals of separate inventory (up to approx. four workplaces). These relocation movements are bundled and in principle take place weekly (approx. 50 weeks per year).

Project relocations: Relocations of workplaces (from approx. four workstations). The planning of these removals takes place in consultation between the Contractor and the contact person within the UM. Every year there are an average of 25 larger project relocations that differ in size.
