The municipality of Svalöv intends to procure security technology that includes equipment and software for social alarms and security cameras as well as alarm reception.

Procurement of safety technology
Introduction
The municipality of Svalöv intends to procure security technology that includes equipment and software for social alarms and security cameras as well as alarm reception.
The goal of the agreement is to ensure security and independence for residents in ordinary housing with a quality-assured modern system of alarms and security-creating technology. The solution should be future-proof with a time aspect of at least six years.

In case of reorganization
If reorganisation takes place within the contracting authority covered by the framework agreement, the activities covered by the framework agreement shall be entitled to call off from the agreement even after the reorganisation if the estimated purchase volume has been included in the procurement. This may apply, for example, if operations are converted into companies. The new organization will then be entitled to call-off on the framework agreement.

The procurement is carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (2016:1145) LOU as an Open Procedure. Contracting authorities shall not reimburse tenderers for the preparation of tenders.

The procurement is not considered suitable for division into more contracts, which is why the procurement is not divided. Tenders must be submitted for the entire assignment. The procuring entity intends to sign an agreement with one (1) supplier.
The form and content of the tender
Tender:

Answers should, if possible, be provided in free text fields - be priced in SEK excluding VAT - meet all set requirements.
