Recruitment of the design, organization and execution of the “Strengthen your Talent” meetings to promote the training and mentoring of students in the Autonomous Communities of Asturias and Galicia. The purpose of these events is:

1) Mentoring and bringing the students of the «Strengthen Your Talent» project to employers in the corresponding geographical area;

2) Value training and identify in turn the qualification needs required by employers, raising awareness about the importance of continuous training in line with new trends and digital impact.

The tenderer must submit a technical proposal that guarantees the fulfillment of the following objectives in each of the events covered by the contract:

- Convene and attract the event to students and alumni of the courses «Strengthen your Talent» (which Inserts will facilitate) to make a personalized follow-up with each of them on their situation after the training received, bring them closer to the employers of the area and work environment, and make them part of the advice or guidelines of professionals on required qualification and employment,

- Convene and attract potential disabled students to the event to inform about the training offer, requirements to access the training in Inserta, etc,

- Facilitate dynamics, presentations, or activities of interest related to the importance of qualification for access to employment, awareness of the impact of digital transformation in the way of acquiring knowledge, etc., throughout the event. according to the profile of the participants and the use of the area:

- - Mentoring with HR managers of companies attending the meeting or professional mentors,

- - Papers or inspiring talks by people referring to the topics described in this document,

- - Workshops or dynamics to raise awareness about the necessary training in digital trends in order to address the transformation of the labor market,

- - Etc.

In any case, the format or methodology for the development of these activities must be attractive, innovative, etc., to guarantee the interest of the participants.

- Participate in the event to employers in the area to facilitate direct contact with the target audience (students or potential students with disabilities), and collect from them the qualification needs demanded by their positions to adjust future planning,

- Participate in the event to trainers in the area to inform about new training trends and new learning methodologies (gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality), mentoring, etc.,

- Register the participation of all attendees with the contact information to provide a database, identifying the participant's profile, and guaranteeing authorization in the collection of information (LOPD). Report with a report on the results of each event.

Event format Each of the two (2) events to be carried out must be carried out with an estimated full-day format, according to suitability by territory, and a proposal of activities to be carried out to ensure the presence of participants in the schedule determined. The methodology and development of the events must be fundamentally participatory and dynamic in a way that is attractive to the participants.

The delivery to the attendees of:

- a lunch kit for attendees who wish, given the schedule of the event,

- Deliverables (merchandising, etc.) to all attendees.
