The contracting authority requires submission of the said means of evidence together with the offer, in accordance with point 9 of the SWZ. This means of proof to confirm compliance with the characteristics or criteria set out in the description of the evaluation criteria must be submitted together with the tender (not supplemented). The Ordering Party allows supplementing the documents in the case of the said means of proof confirming compliance with the parameters required to confirm that the offered delivery meets the requirements and characteristics specified by the Ordering Party.
