The subject of the contract is the performance of winter maintenance services for paved roads and unpaved roads managed by the President of the City of Radomsko and district roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Radomsko in the winter season 2022/2023

1 The subject of the contract is the performance of winter maintenance services for paved roads and unpaved roads managed by the President of the City of Radomsko and district roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Radomsko in the winter season 2022/2023 consisting in:

- mechanical snow removal of roads in the order determined by the Ordering Party on the basis of Annex No 2 to the contract, including stop bays;

- removal of winter slipperiness of roads in the order determined by the Contracting Authority, based on Annex 2 to the Agreement, by sprinkling with salt or stiffening material, including stop bays;

- mechanical snow removal and removal of winter slipperiness of parking lots owned by the Ordering Party located outside the road lanes;

- removing (exporting) snow from the road lanes.

-cleaning the roadway with a mechanical sweeper from sand and road pollution after the end of the winter season specified by the Ordering Party, i.e. loading, export by own transport and acceptance to the landfill. Disposal of waste and their admission to a legal landfill.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is specified by:

1) Detailed description of the subject of the contract - constituting Appendix No. 9 to swZ,

2) draft / model contract - constituting appendix No. 10 to the SWZ together with annexes No. 1, No. 2.

3.Quality requirements in connection with the application of the price criterion as a criterion with a weight exceeding 60% relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract

i.e. the performance of the contract has been specified in the model / draft contract with attachments and a detailed description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the above-mentioned documents.

4.The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL:

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject of the basic contract, i.e.: consisting in winter road maintenance, cleaning roads from sand and road pollution, provided that the value of these contracts does not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract in total, and the Ordering Party will have financial resources for their implementation, after negotiations with the current Contractor.
