Kings College London (KCL) and Guys herein referred to as The Authority, requires a Licensed Asbestos Removal Contract (LARC) to undertake asbestos removal and remediation services across their Estate. This is to include all categories of notifiable works, non licensed works and attendance to emergency situations. The requirement is to also include for the services of a Licensed Asbestos Scaffolder (LAS) as a nominated sub-contractor to the LARC where deemed applicable.

The Form of Contract will be JCT Intermediate - No Variance accepted

Contract - Framework with 3 operators

Term of period 48 Months (4 years) with a potential to extend for a further 12 months.

The total estimated annual value of the contract will range from £700k to £1 million per year, it is anticipated but not guaranteed the annual value could increase due to volume of work.
