The objective of the tender contest is to enter into an agreement for the hire of machinery and personnel for operation and maintenance of roads, paving, trenches, buildings, etc. 

Vadsø municipality would like to enter into an agreement with machine contractors for hire of machinery and personnel for assignments related to odd excavation work related to reconstruction work and renovation, etc. The framework agreement period is 3 years.
