Provision of services for the takeover and continuation of the Altschriftgutverwaltung of the BvS Bundesanstalt für vereinigungsbedingte Sonderaufgaben and the BVVG Bodenverwertungs- und -verwaltungs GmbH.

An outline agreement on the management of used documents is being published. The main object is the takeover, external storage, administration and separation of old and public documents of the BvS and legacy BVVG (official and GmbH documents) as well as old and company documents of their (former) liquidation companies. (Data in paper or electronic form, files, documents, microfilms). The legacy property of the BvS and the BVVG forms a single entity and differs only in terms of the issuing bodies and the resulting responsibility for testing for permanent storage. In carrying out the contract, all relevant legal provisions such as the Federal Archives Act, the Federal Data Protection Act and the German Commercial Code as well as BvS and BVVG internal regulations must be observed. For the execution of the task the archive material has to be taken over by the current service provider, without which a special remuneration is due. For the transfer / takeover period it must be ensured that the files and data media can be used without restrictions. It must be ensured that the conceptual, personnel and spatial conditions are in place to deliver the overall performance.
