Åmot municipality intends to enter into a contract for the procurement of a new fire engine.

This is a new notice after competition ÅM-16-13: Procurement of a new fire engine, was cancelled.

With the municipal council's approval in December 2016, Åmot municipality shall procure a new fire engine/crew vehicle in 2017.

The vehicle shall be delivered in accordance with the Norwegian Standard NS-EN 1846.2 ‘Fire and Rescue Vehicles Part 2: General Requirements Safety and Performance’. The vehicle shall be CE certified and documentation must be enclosed stating that it fulfils all the laws and regulations that are applicable for such equipment in Norway. (This can be the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's regulations 555 — Use of work equipment, Vehicle Regulations, etc.).
