The subject of the framework contract are building inspections according to DIN 1076 in accordance with the specifications of the service description.

The building inspections include the following services:

Service 01: Main test, 1st and 2nd main test according to DIN 1076.

Service 02: Simple testing according to DIN 1076

Service 03: Special test according to DIN 1076

The conclusion of the framework agreements for the provision of the services described in more detail in the service descriptions (Annexes 1 to 3 to the framework agreement) takes place by way of a so-called "open house procedure". (for more details, see Section VI.3 and the cover letter that can be accessed via the electronic address given in Section I.3).

The framework agreement to be concluded includes all services described in more detail in the service descriptions (Annexes 1 to 3 to the framework agreement) for each contractor., The admission requirements are proven with the application for approval.

Individual orders placed on the basis of the framework agreement concluded as a result may include all services or only parts of one or more of the above-mentioned services.

The open house procedure runs from publication until 31.12.2024 and can be extended twice by 1 year each. Applications for authorisation and thus also the conclusion of a framework agreement can be made during the entire duration of the open house procedure.

A framework agreement comes into force with the admission of an interested party and ends on 31.12.2024, subject to an extension option. The framework agreement can be extended twice until 31.21.2025 or 31.12.2026 due to the extension option - analogous to the open house procedure. Further details are regulated by the framework agreement.
