Description:
Modernization of the roof and supporting structure of the Multihalle

Scaffolding work large hall

The Multihalle is the largest self-supporting wooden lattice shell in the world and a monument of particular importance. Extensive renovation work is pending for the hall, for which approvals in individual cases (ZiE) and project-related type approvals (vBG) are also required due to the special nature of the project. Weather-dependent construction work makes the project very complex in terms of time and interface.

Renovation work is pending for the "large hall" section, which includes the large hall, banana and the west access tunnel. This requires scaffolding, which is the subject of this call for tenders.

The tender is for the delivery, provision, conversion and dismantling of an approx. 34,000m³ scaffolding.

The scaffolding must be erected up to a height of approx. 20m. Areas on the ground must be kept free for walkways/driveways as well as storage areas.
