Demolition and dismantling work / disposal
Building C of the Hohenlohe Gymnasium in Öhringen will be returned to the shell state, while inside the building this will essentially be carried out as part of a building pollutant remediation by another trade. The tendered service mainly includes demolition work on the building envelope and in the main staircase. Essentially, these are:
- Removal of 760 m of PCB-containing joints according to TRGS 524
- Dismantling of approx. 215 windows and exterior doors (approx. 710 m²)
- Dismantling of approx. 770 m² concrete façade panels
- Dismantling of approx. 175 m² HPL façade panels
- Dismantling of approx. 2,000 m² of bitumen roof with insulation
- Dismantling of stairs and false ceilings (approx. 80 m³ concrete)
- Extensive concrete sawing work
- Provision of approx. 2,850 m² of protective and working scaffolding
