The object of the order is the composition, printing and distribution of certain elements of tools for the diagnosis of cognitive functions, including executive and language functions, developed by the Institute of Educational Research (project leader) in cooperation with the project partner — SWPS University in Warsaw. The set of tools consists of tests in the form of a computer application, supplemented with materials in paper form (test sheets, manuals, etc.) and/or electronic.
The object of the order is the composition, printing and distribution of certain elements of tools for the diagnosis of cognitive functions, including executive and language functions, developed by the Institute of Educational Research (project leader) in cooperation with the project partner — SWPS University in Warsaw. The set of tools consists of tests in the form of a computer application, supplemented with materials in paper form (test sheets, manuals, etc.) and/or electronic. Some of the materials are only electronic form, part will be printed. Electronic materials are intended to meet WCAG 2.1 standards, and meet the conditions of availability for people with special needs. The task of the contractor is the composition of all materials indicated in Table 1 (Annex No 1 to the tender form)
taking into account the graphic design provided by the Ordering Party, the design visual identification system and WCAG standards, the printing of parts of these materials (according to the information in Table 1, Annex 1 to the tender form), as well as the distribution of printed sets materials to indicated by the Contracting Authority.
The order applies to the proprietary IBE/SWPS tools — psychological tests and post-diagnostic materials that comprise:
1. textbooks for tests in the form of a printed book (and electronic);
2. guides — electronic version of the book;
3. instruction for tests in the form of a reel, printed;
4. test sheets — bulk, printed;
5. Post-diagnostic materials and observation scales — bulk electronic files;
6. A worksheet for diagnostic and postdiagnostic materials — printed booklet;
7. Cardboard briefcases, used to complete the set, printed.
A detailed description of the parameters of individual materials, taking into account their shape/form, size, number of pages, manner of printing, type of paper, type of fixture, number of copies and other parameters, necessary for the preparation of printing and electronic versions of materials includes Table 1 ( Annex 1 to the tender form).
The Contracting Authority reserves the ability to change the volume of individual materials
in the range of +/- 10% in relation to the volumes indicated in Annex No 1 to the tender form.
In the event that materials after composition and correction differ in volume relative to planned in minus (see Annex 1 to the tender form), the Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase, as part of the alignment, the printing effort of copies of other materials from among the materials covered by the order.
The contract is implemented as part of the project Development and Dissemination of diagnostic tools for assessing the cognitive abilities of children and adolescents (POWR.02.10.00-00-9002/17), which is co-financed by the European Union by the European Social Fund.
