the city of Nîmes acts as contracting authority. The contract was awarded through an open tendering procedure. It comprises two distinct types of services:- routine and annual ECEC cleaning services with the supply of consumables (annual fixed price)-one-off services to meet the exceptional needs of the community.one-off services are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issue of purchase orders, concluded with an economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. The services of the framework agreement will be carried out as and when purchase orders are issued by the public buyer and will be paid according to the unit prices of the Unit Price List, according to the quantities actually performed.

The purpose of the contract is to set the terms and conditions of cleaning services in a sustainable development approach on the buildings of municipal nurseries. It will be composed of a firm tranche concerning the Alisiers and Eugenie COTTON establishments and an optional tranche concerning the Delon Soubeyran crèche.The services covered by each tranche will be remunerated both by the application of a fixed price, and both by the application of unit prices to the quantities actually executed/delivered (mixed prices).the services at unit prices are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, and will be paid according to the unit prices of the Unit Price List, according to the quantities actually executed.
