Technobel wishes to conclude a framework agreement and, as a result, several subsequent contracts. These relate to services in the field of vocational training in IT, technical and industrial matters.
The services are intended for Technobel.
The framework agreement defines the legal, financial, technical and administrative context which will govern the relations between Technobel and the contracting parties during its period of validity.
Firstly, each lot of the framework agreement can be awarded to five tenderers. These are classified from most to least economically advantageous according to the criteria of the contracting authority (see number 2.3.2). Secondly, and whenever necessary, the contracting authority implements the “cascade” mechanism provided for in number 2.3.3.
The method of award is the open procedure with European advertising referred to in Article 36 of the Law of 17 June 2016.
The services are covered by the CPV codes 80530000-8 (vocational training).
