The object of the tendered service is the production, filling and delivery of 720,000 with

Printing tubes of UV protection at two addresses within Germany, which is divided as follows:

- 690,000 tubes for BGB BAU;

- 30,000 tubes for SVFLG

In the price sheet, the bidding company must specify a delivery period (in calendar weeks). This delivery period shall become an integral part of the contract in the event of a knockdown.

The tubes to be delivered must be delivered to the delivery address at the latest at the end of the delivery period specified by the contractor in the price sheet. Partial deliveries are possible as follows:

a) at least 100,000 tubes to BG BAU at the earliest date offered;

b) at least 200,000 tubes to BG BAU within four weeks of the date offered;

c) the remaining tubes, including overproduction, within twelve weeks of the offered date to BG BAU;

d) 30,000 tubes to SVFLG at the earliest date offered.

The product shall have at least the following characteristics:

• The product complies with EU Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 (EU-KosmetikV) of the European Parliament and the Regulation on Cosmetic Products (D-KosmetikV) of July 2014;

• cream or gel;

• Sun protection factor 30 (UV-B);

• Additional UV-A protection;

• photostabile UV-Filter;

• Water, abrasion and sweat resistance;

• no cause of skin and eye irritation;

• duftstofffrei;

• without chloromethylisothiazolinone/methylisothiazolinone (CMI/MI);

• Shelf life 3 years after shipment and 6 months after opening;

• PU size min. 100 ml, maximum 150 ml;

The product may have other properties of the following:

• SPF 50 (UV-B) or higher;

• without homosalates;

• without octocrylenes;

• without benzophenones;

• ohne 4-Methylbenzylidene Camphor;

• without ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate;

• ohne Isoamyl p-Methoxycinnamate;

• silikonfrei;

• DAAB-Label;

• free of microplastics;

• free of solid and liquid synthetic plastics that are not biodegradable.

The packaging must have at least the following characteristics:

• Tube;

• Content: minimum 100 ml, maximum 150 ml;

• Marking in accordance with legal requirements;

• colour-fast printing of an advertising attachment.

The packaging may also have the following characteristics:

• Hinged lid (no screw cap);

• Post-consumer recyclate (PCR) content of at least 30 percent of the total weight of plastic packaging.
