The procedure is aimed at entering into a contract concerning the professional services of "Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation Advisory and Risk-Performance Analysis" to support the definition of the CNPADC's investment policy under the conditions all expressly established in the Specifications, in the Tender Specifications and in the Contract Scheme.
