The administrative needs to be satisfied, through the supply of electricity, include lighting, air conditioning and equipment of the facilities of buildings and premises for public use dependent on the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure, which are essential for the normal functioning of the public service provided in them.

The different centers are grouped into different groups according to the type of tariff to be applied.

Group 1: Tariff AT 6.1 TD.- Supplies connected in voltages greater than 1 kV and less than 30 kV (tariff voltage level NT1). This toll consists of six terms of contracted power and six terms of energy consumed. The contracted powers in the different periods will be such that the contracted power in a period Pn+1 is always greater than or equal to the contracted power in the previous period Pn.

Group 2: BT 3.0 TD tariff.- Supplies connected to voltage networks not exceeding 1 kV with contracted power greater than 15 kW in any of the six time periods. This toll consists of six terms of contracted power and six terms of energy consumed. The contracted powers in the different periods will be such that the contracted power in a period Pn+1 is always greater than or equal to the contracted power in the previous period Pn.

Group 3: Tariff BT 2.0 TD Mode 1.- Supplies connected to networks of voltage not exceeding 1 kV, with contracted power less than or equal to 15 kW in all periods. This toll consists of two terms of contracted power and three terms of energy consumed.
