The St. Georg Klinikum Eisenach gGmbH is planning the construction of a new entrance building (House A) in Eisenach. It is a replacement building for the current entrance building.
The old entrance building currently on the construction site must therefore first be demolished. The dismantling is the subject of the planning service to be awarded. Then a 4-storey new building is to be built. Reception, medical admission, a KV emergency practice, sales and service facilities, rooms for pastoral care and social services, a medical supply center, rooms for outpatient surgery, technical areas for the operating theater department, a general care ward neurology with 26 beds as well as a stroke unit with 8 beds, a conference area and rooms for the nursing school.
The project is supported with funds from the Free State of Thuringia.
The following general planning services are awarded:
Project planning building § 39 HOAI, LP 1-9 technical equipment (excluding KG 474), § 55 HOAI, LP 1-9 medical technology (KG 474), § 55 HOAI, LP 1-9 structural planning, § 51 HOAI, LP 1-6 .
The following gradual commissioning is planned:
- Level 1: LP 1-3,
- Level 2: LP 4,
- Level 3: LP 5-7,
- Level 4: LP 8-9.
Optionally, further additional services can be commissioned:
Provision of the SiGeKO surveying work (height measurement, drilling points BGU, building staking), creation of a subsoil assessment, pollutant assessment, disposal concept / LAGA examination of the demolition material, specialist planning fire protection together with an assessment / concept.
