This consultation is broken down into 4 separate services (each forming 1 lot): "Damages to real estate and movable property", "General and specific civil liability", "Assistance" and "Individual accident".

The insured goods and liabilities, the exclusions, the amounts of the guarantees, the deductibles, the periods and bases of indemnification are indicated in the CCTP of the lot nº 1. The candidates will have to make a tariff proposal:

As a basic solution providing for the guarantee of movable property and / or content and the real estate of the PCU by limiting it to its sole civil liability for property, whether the PCU has a status of owner (or assimilated), of tenant, occupying in any capacity whatsoever:

- variant 1: providing for the guarantee of moveable property and / or contents + real estate of the PCU by extending it to a guarantee of damage on all the property that the UCP has a quality of owner (or assimilated), tenant, occupying in any capacity whatsoever,

- variant 2: providing for the guarantee of movable property and / or content + the property of the PCU by extending it to a damage guarantee only on the Jardin Tropical site of 2888 m 2 for which the UCP is the owner. Responses to the variants imposed by the contracting authority are mandatory under the conditions mentioned in the lot 1 CCTP. Applicants must answer a Basic Solution (SDB) and variants.
