1. The subject of the contract is the execution of winter maintenance of municipal roads in the Zielonki Commune with a total length of 137 km and roadside car parks with a total area of 5000 m2 in the winter season 2023/2024. The winter season runs from November 1, of the calendar year 2023 to April 30, 2024 (6 months). 2.The detailed scope of works is described in the detailed technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works (hereinafter referred to as SST) - Annex 4 to the Terms of Reference. 3. The scope of the service has been specified in Annex 5 to the Terms of Reference, i.e. maps of the Zielonki Commune with the location of roads and roadside parking lots covered by the winter maintenance of municipal roads
