The target of the procurement is electric maternity beds used in hospitals and similar care institutions. The maternity beds to be purchased must guarantee safe and ergonomic care during the opening, effort and post-opening phases. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in this invitation to tender and its appendices. This is a joint procurement, the parties to which are described in this invitation to tender. The parties involved in this invitation to tender are hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber".
The object of procurement also includes device-related consumables related to the products offered. During the contract period, products belonging to the product groups covered by the contract that are not identified in the product annex may also be purchased, in accordance with the estimated value of the procurement (see procurement agreement). In addition, the object of the acquisition is an option for a maintenance contract, which can be taken into use if the Customer so wishes.

The objective of the procurement agreement is to renew the maternity beds of existing hospitals with regard to beds that have reached the end of their life cycle and to furnish hospitals under construction and completed during the contract period with regard to the products covered by this agreement. Products are ordered separately as needed at the prices specified in this agreement.
The actual contract period is 24 months (2 years) and it is possible to extend it with two options of one (1) year (1+1).
A framework agreement will be made with four (4) suppliers. If accepted tenders cannot be received from four different suppliers, the contracting entity shall select all suppliers that have submitted an accepted tender to the framework agreement.
Products are ordered according to the order of priority of the selected Suppliers, however, primarily taking into account the legitimate needs of the units using the products. Justified needs include, for example: a wide range of patients (patient weight), various compatibility of devices and supplies, operating environment conditions, supply interruptions or other similar factors, and the teaching hospital obligation. The aim is to have contractors whose range is wide enough to cover the individual requirements of each user unit. The aim is also to ensure that the delivery reliability of products is good and that products are available when they are needed.
Estimated total value of the procurement 800 000 € / 4 years (VAT 0%). This is an estimate, and the contracting entity does not commit to the stated amounts in euros or consumption amounts indicated in the invitation to tender. The final order quantities may be higher or lower than stated.
