this consultation relates to the award of separate public contracts for the provision of 1st level methodological support services to medico-social establishments supporting people with disabilities in the children's sector, establishments and services of the hospital civil service and governance bodies of support and home help services as part of the PH 2024 collection campaigns, Single Social Report 2023 and the Performance Scoreboard in the Medico-Social Sector. The contract is concluded with an economic operator in the form of an ordinary contract executed by issuing service orders. The contract shall take effect from the date indicated in the administrative order prescribing the commencement of the services and shall be terminated after the performance and acceptance and payment of the services. In any case, the services must be completed, at the latest, twelve (12) months after the date of commencement of the services set out in Office Order No. 1.
