The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and post-warranty support for hardware and software of parts of the Tristar system in use by the Employer.
1. The Contractor shall provide, in accordance with the scope and conditions specified in the contract, maintenance and post-warranty support services for the hardware and software of parts of the Tristar system being in use by ZKM. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.
2. Throughout the duration of the contract, the Contractor is required to maintain round-the-clock availability and technical supervision and take all steps to ensure that the software and hardware of the Tristar system covered by this contract are fully functional.
3. Services provided by the Contractor shall be divided into the following groups:
a) standard services, including:
- maintenance of hardware and software functionality, including service and post-warranty software maintenance - removal of registered failures / faults or critical failures (provision of services using remote access in the event of faults that can be analyzed and resolved in this way), reconfiguration of devices in the software (e.g. assigning devices to the appropriate fleet),
- service and post-warranty maintenance of the Equipment - on-board devices (both in the vehicle and outside the area - e.g. in the Contractor's workshop),
b) update of the map background in the SAE Editor - update to the status at least on 1.1.2020;
c) additional services related to Software development, including development and support services provided at the request of ZKM, in accordance with an additional written order submitted by ZKM.
