Hamar Municipality invites tenderers to submit a tender for parallel framework agreements for project and construction management for future building and construction work projects that will be carried out under the management of Hamar Municipality in the next 2-4 years.

Hamar Municipality intends to enter into a contract with the 3 highest ranked tenderers, provided that a sufficient number of suitable tenderers submit a tender.

Each tenderer can offer up to 2 persons for each of the framework agreements. The resources' availability must in total be minimum 50 %, i.e., a half man-labour year for these two persons together.

The minimum resource availability must be 20 %, i.e., 1/5 of a man-labour year for each of the offered persons.

Prices can also be given for only one of the framework agreements. Each tenderer can only participate with one tender (compete for a maximum of 2 framework agreements).
