The contract offered concerns the "Pressure pipeline project", which contains the following elements: Gedesby RA (GES) must be converted to pumping station and the waste water from here must be pumped to GED, and pumping station with associated pressure pipe at Gedser port for pumping waste water from Scandlines to GED must be established. . Builders and their advisors have made extensive preparatory work, which is reflected in the tender basis. The client is confident that the technical basis, which has been prepared, reflects an optimal solution and therefore offers the Pressure Line pipeline project the main contract. However, the winning tenderer (hereinafter "the contractor") after contracting must undertake a certain contractor design, see the description thereof in the technical tender documents.
