The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery, seeds, maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure, other works related to forest management and meadow and agricultural management to be performed in the area of the Sobibór Forest District in 2023. The estimated value of the contract given below includes the value of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law and the Option.

The material scope of the contract includes the total number of works on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery, seeds, maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure, other works related to forest management and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Appendix 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in terms of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Appendix No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of skidding wood; Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in obtaining and skidding; Appendix 2.3.5. – list of items not available for machine acquisition; Appendix 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of logging (potential); Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds); Appendix No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for renewal made with the help of a planter; The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates. During the implementation of the subject of the contract, in addition to the provisions of law in force in the Republic of Poland, the Contractor will be obliged to apply and comply with the obligations and principles resulting from the following documents: - "Forest breeding rules" - introduced by Ordinance No. 53 of the General Director of the State Forests of 21 November 2011, - "Forest Protection Instruction" - introduced by Ordinance No. 57 of the General Director of the State Forests of 22 November 2011, - "Instruction on occupational health and safety in the performance of basic works in the field of forest management" - introduced by Ordinance No. 36 of the General Director of the State Forests of April 20, 2012, - "Forest Fire Protection Instruction" - introduced by Ordinance No. 81 of the General Director of the State Forests of December 23, 2019, - Ordinance No. 40 of the General Director of the State Forests of October 6, 2011 on the introduction of a framework list of works performed by at least two people (zn. spr. GB-021-2/2011), - Ordinance No. 66 of the General Director of the State Forests of 7 November 2019 on the introduction of guidelines under the name "Forest Use Rules" in organizational units of the State Forests (ref: ZM.7603.13.2019), - Principles, criteria and standards of sustainable forest management FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC Council (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes). The Contractor shall be obliged to comply with the technical conditions for wood raw material in accordance with the Ordinance No. 51 of the General Director of the State Forests of 30 September 2019 on the introduction of technical conditions used in the trade of wood raw material in the State Forest Farm State Forests. The estimated value of the contract given below does not include the value of contracts referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law and the Option.
