The object of the service is the takeover, including any handling and transport that may be required, as well as the recycling of organic waste from the organic bin provided to the public disposal provider in the district of Barnim (BAR) and in the Märkisch-Oderland (MOL) district, including the construction and operation of the waste for this purpose required organic waste digestion plant in accordance with the specifications from 01.04.2025. The operation of the organic waste digestion plant must be carried out by the contractor himself.

The tender is made in two unterritorial (lot 1: recycling of organic waste from the district of Barnim, lot 2: recycling of organic waste from the district of Märkisch-Oderland), each with two maturity alternatives (alternative A: term 10 years, alternative B: term 15 years), hereinafter referred to as follows:

Lot 1A: recycling of organic waste from the district of Barnim, contract period 10 years,

Lot 1B: recycling of organic waste from the district of Barnim, contract period 15 years,

Lot 2A: recycling of organic waste from the district of Märkisch-Oderland, contract period 10 years,

Lot 2B: Utilization of organic waste from the district of Märkisch-Oderland, contract period 15 years.

High-quality recycling of organic waste from the organic bin from the district of Barnim. The advertised waste must be taken over, moved and transported if necessary and recycled in the organic waste digestion plant to be built and operated as part of the service.

High-quality recycling of organic waste from the district of Barnim from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2040. The advertised waste must be taken over, moved and transported if necessary and recycled in the organic waste digestion plant to be built and operated as part of the service.

High-quality recycling of organic waste from the district of Märkisch-Oderland from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2040. The advertised waste must be taken over, moved and transported if necessary and recycled in the organic waste digestion plant to be built and operated as part of the service.

The service includes the recycling of approximately 7,000 to 20,000 mg/a of organic waste. The digestion plant to be built and the additional transfer station, if necessary, must be located in the district area of the district of Barnim or the district of Märkisch-Oderland.
