The construction site is located on the outskirts of Neutraubling on a former field. The building has a basement throughout and is divided into a changing room and a bathing hall. The roofs protrude in places over the facades and create protected outdoor areas in front of the entrance, the bistro and the lying areas. The bathing hall is divided into the leisure and sports area. The wellness area with steam bath, experience showers and relaxation area is in the center of the building and forms a separation between the areas of leisure family and sport. Schoolchildren and clubs reach the sports pool area directly via a separate entrance with collective changing rooms, hair dryer areas and club room.
