1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a standard subscription, widely available via the Internet platform hosted service of the COTS (Commercial Of-The-Shelf) type, consisting in providing a scalable platform allowing the use of server operating systems, database engines and other applications in virtualized environments divided into three tasks.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

3. The minimum requirements and parameters for the platform in task 1 are specified in the "List of platform parameters – Task 1" constituting Annex 1 to the OPZ.

4. The minimum requirements and parameters for the platform in task 2 are specified in the "List of platform parameters – Task 2" constituting Annex 2 to OPZ – regarding the project related to the construction of the ZONE System and is implemented as part of the ZONE Project.

5. The minimum requirements and parameters for the platform in task 3 are specified in the "List of platform parameters – Task 3" constituting Annex 3 to OPZ – regarding the project related to the construction of the SOPAB System and is implemented as part of the SOPAB Project.

6. The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to use solutions equivalent to those described in the OPZ (Annex 1 to the SWZ), provided that they have at least the same or better technical and functional parameters and do not lower the standards specified in the OPZ.
