This invitation to tender has been issued by the European Commission (hereinafter referred to as 'the Commission'), with the aim of concluding a contract whereby the Commission, in particular the Joint Research Centre, the Institute for Energy and Transport (hereinafter referred to as 'JRC-IET'), can provide bus services to its staff.

The services involve providing buses, including drivers, for everyday passenger transport (Monday to Friday) to and from the site of the IET in Petten (North Holland) and from and to various permanent sites.
