The execution of the order includes: a. delivery of ambulances listed in point 1. b. Training min. 2 persons from the medical staff of the Ordering Party in the scope of its operation and rational operation, c. providing a user manual in Polish for ambulances and all medical equipment, d. granting a guarantee for the delivered devices in accordance with the conditions contained in Annex 8 to the SWZ – warranty and post-warranty service conditions, e. handing over the device for use on the basis of a delivery and acceptance protocol signed by both parties, which will be the basis for issuing a VAT invoice.

Training min. 2 people from the medical staff of the Ordering Party in the scope of its operation and rational operation, c. providing instructions for use in Polish for ambulances and all medical equipment, d. granting a guarantee for the delivered devices in accordance with the conditions contained in Annex 8 and 8a to the SWZ – warranty and post-warranty service conditions, e. handing over the device for use on the basis of a delivery and acceptance protocol signed by both parties, which will be the basis for issuing a VAT invoice.
