Transport of waste code 19 12 12 from RZGO in Słajsin and Waste transhipment stations in Świnoujście, Mokrawica and Mielenko Drawski to the Incineration Plant in Szczecin

The subject of the order is the transport of waste with the code 19 12 12 - other wastes (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical treatment of wastes other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 from the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin and 3 Loading Stations to the Incineration Plant in Szczecin - Plant Unie harmliwiania Odpadów Sp. z o. o., ul. Logistyczna 22, 70-608 Szczecin, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on waste and other applicable laws, generated during the mechanical treatment of municipal and packaging waste after a sieve with a fraction size> 80 mm and shredded bulky waste in RZGO and SOP. Waste intended for collection 19 12 12 is stored in "loose" form, in RZGO Słajsino and in SOP Świnoujście, SOP Mokrawica, SOP Mielenko Drawskie.

The contract is divided into 2 lots: Estimated amount of waste: for lot 1: 10,000 Mg / approx. 454 transports, for lot 2: 10,000 Mg / approx. 454 transports.


Part 1

Estimated amount of waste for lot 1: 10,000 Mg

1) Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, generated during mechanical treatment of municipal and packaging waste after a sieve with a fraction size> 80 mm and during shredding of bulky waste in an estimated amount: 8,500 Mg - approx. 386 transports of 22 / Mg / transport .

2) Waste reloading station in Świnoujście generated during the shredding of bulky waste in an estimated quantity of about 800 Mg - about 36 transports of 22 / Mg / transport.

3) Waste transhipment station in Mokrawica generated during the shredding of bulky waste in an estimated quantity of about 500 Mg - about 23 transports of 22 / Mg / transport.

4) Waste reloading station in Mielenko Drawski generated during the shredding of bulky waste in an estimated quantity of about 200 Mg - about 9 transports of 22 / Mg / transport.

The Purchaser reserves the right to change the number of transports for specific locations depending on current needs until the limit of the contract value is exhausted by December 31, 2020.

The contractor has the ability to collect a minimum of 80 Mg of waste 19 12 12 per day from the customer from the location indicated.

The minimum load of a single transport is 18 Mg / course (18-24 Mg / course) optimally 22 Mg (average load weight of a single transport) and load capacity of at least 80 m 3 and automatic unloading of waste in the Incineration Plant in Szczecin.

A single transport should be understood as the route from the place of loading and receiving waste in RZGO in Słajsin or SPO in Świnoujście or Mokrawica or Mielenko Drawski to the incineration plant in Szczecin, where the waste will be unloaded and back to the place of loading.

Contractor's means of transport must be fully technically sound and meet the requirements of applicable law.

Waste with the code 19 12 12 will be collected and transported by the contractor from the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, Słajsino 30, 72-200 Nowogard, from the Waste Transfer Station in Świnoujście, ul. Pomorska 10, 72-605 Świnoujście, from the Waste Transfer Station in Mokrawica, 72-400 Mokrawica and from the Waste Transfer Station in Mielenko Drawski, Mielenko Drawskie 63, 78-500 Mielenko Drawskie between 6:00 and 20:00 and if necessary on Saturdays, after prior arrangement of the possibilities and hours of collection and transported to the Incineration Plant in Szczecin - Zakład Unierzywnizania Odpadów Spółka z oo, ul. Logistyczna 22, 70-608 Szczecin.

Loading waste on the contracting party's side.

The contracting authority will provide the loader with the operator to load the waste.

In RZGO in Słajsin - Venieri loader with a bucket capacity of 3.6 m 3 (loading from the ramp).

At SOP Świnoujście - Venieri loader with a bucket capacity of 3.6 m 3 (loading from the ramp).

At SOP Mokrawica - a Volvo loader with a bucket capacity of approx. 2 m 3 (loading from the ramp).

At SPO Mielenko Drawskie - a Volvo loader with a bucket capacity of about 2 m 3 (loading from the ramp).
