This contract provides Framework, Requirements, Controls and user assistance services to support the ICAM (Customer Interfaces and Market Players) division of Enedis' Information Systems Department in the development of IS projects, including:

- Coordination support: coordination (or coordination support) activities of IS products in the BUILD and RUN phase

- Solution management: transversal upstream study activities, for example opportunity study and framing of the IS solution, application architecture and technical architecture, porting of IS solutions within the implementation teams

- Solution Support: Support for the specification of business needs on an application domain, functional design

- Recipe: Preparation and realization of functional recipe on an application area, support for recipe management,

- Support and User accompaniment: management support and support, user support.

The purpose of Lot 1 is to carry out the following activities:

- Coordination activities (or support for the coordination) of IS products in the BUILD and RUN phase, at the perimeter of the value chains or base driven by the cluster (AMM, SCT, IE), support for project management. These activities also include methodological support.

- Transversal coordination also concerns support to Product Owners, Product Managers or product-train coordination.

- Cross-functional upstream study activities: opportunity and framing study of the IS solution, application architecture and technical architecture, porting of IS solutions within the implementation teams.

- Also concerns data analysis activities: study of data during framing or in MCO

The purpose of Lot 2 is to carry out the following activities:

- Support for the specification of business needs on an application domain,

- Support for coordination and steering in the implementation of solutions,

- Functional design, supervision and data analysis,

- Functional recipe on an application domain. Transverse recipe of application chain, connected recipe.

- Support for the management and coordination of revenues,

- Design and implementation of tests as well as the associated test tools and the MCO of all the devices specific to the recipe,

- Support for piloting as part of the support and accompaniment of users.

- Support to support teams in the resolution of incidents impacting users.
