Delivery of infrastructure for the needs of a cryptographic system – Classified Data Transmission Network of the National Tax Administration (STDN KAS)

1. The subject of the contract is:

1) in the scope of the basic contract: supply of infrastructure for the needs of the cryptographic system – Classified Data Transmission Network of the National Tax Administration (STDN KAS), hereinafter referred to as the System, together with the Implementation and guarantee for a period of 36 months.

2) in the scope of the contract executed under the option right: provision of the Support Service for the System for a period not longer than 36 months, following the expiry of the warranty period under the basic order, on the terms and in accordance with the requirements set out in Volume III - OPZ, in Chapter VIII.
