2.The Contractor shall submit together with the bid the said means of proof in the form of data sheets.

3. The Contractor shall submit the said evidence in the form of documents (certificates and attestations or other equivalent documents) together with the offer.

4. The Contractor shall submit the said evidence in the form of assembled furniture together with the offer.

5. The subject matter of the contract will be performed within 8 weeks from the date of conclusion of the agreement (maximum up to 8 weeks in accordance with the Terms of Reference, the deadline for the performance of the agreement is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers).
