The subject of the contract is Maintenance of municipal and internal roads in summer and winter – summer maintenance of roads in the city and municipality of Polkowice and winter maintenance of roads in the city of Polkowice in the seasons 2023 and 2023/2024 as part of budget tasks:

- "maintenance of municipal roads in summer and winter",

- "maintenance of internal roads in summer and winter".

The scope of the task includes:

1. Winter road maintenance in the city includes:

1) Continuous winter maintenance of roads located in the city of Polkowice (excluding roads not managed and maintained by the municipality of Polkowice),

2) intervention winter maintenance of roads included and not included in continuous maintenance (as needed),

3) intervention removal of excess snow caused by the occurrence of heavy rainfall (weather anomaly) to the place indicated by the Ordering Party (as needed),

4) intervention pouring of roads (if necessary, should not be carried out if the air temperature is lower than 3C),

Including:

snow removal and sprinkling of roads with sand-salt mixture – approx. 90.92 km (area approx. 520,700 m2),

clearing of sand roads within 10 days before the completion of the continuous winter maintenance of the roads covered by the order.

If there is no snow on the roads for a period of:

a) longer than 5 days, the Contractor is obliged to mechanically or manually sweep the roadway, during the winter action, from the roads included in the I standard of winter maintenance,

b) longer than 10 days, the Contractor is obliged to mechanically or manually sweep the roadway, during the winter action, from other roads with paved surfaces of II and III standard.

Including:

snow removal and sprinkling of roads with sand-salt mixture – approx. 90.92 km (area approx. 520,700 m2);

clearing of sand roads within 10 days before the completion of the continuous winter maintenance of the roads covered by the order.

The material scope of the subject of the contract, including the division into snow removal standards, is specified in Annexes No. 1, 2, 3, which are an integral part of the contract.

The location of roads in individual standards of winter maintenance is shown on the maps:

a) No. 1a – 1d – roads in the city of Polkowice cleared of snow in the first standard,

b) No. 2a – 2d – roads in the city of Polkowice cleared of snow in the second standard,

c) No. 3a – 3c – roads in the city of Polkowice cleared of snow in the III standard.

and constitutes Annex 4 to the Agreement.

2. Summer road maintenance in the city and municipality includes:

1) Sweeping (mechanical and manual) of roads in the summer in the city and municipality of Polkowice (lump sum) in accordance with the division into groups specified in Annex 5, 6, 7, 8.

2) Intervention sweeping (mechanical and manual) of roads in the summer in the city and municipality of Polkowice (as needed) along with road cleaning after road incidents.

3) Intervention pouring of roads in the summer in the city and municipality of Polkowice (as needed).

DATE OF PERFORMANCE OF THE ORDER

1.Winter road maintenance in the city

Continuous maintenance of roads on time:

-from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2023. until 31.03.2023 (2023 season)

-from 01.12.2023r. until 31.03.2024 (2023/2024 season)

Intervention road maintenance

-from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2023 to 30.04.2023 (2023 season)

-according to needs from 01.11.2023r. until 30.04.2024 (2023/2024 season)

2.Summer road maintenance in the city and municipality

Continuous maintenance of roads on time

-from 01.05.2023r. until 31.10.2023 (2023 season)

-from 01.05.2024r. until 31.10.2024 (2023/2024 season)

Intervention road maintenance

.from 01.05.2023r. until 31.10.2023 (2023 season)

-according to needs from 01.05.2024r. until 31.10.2024 (2023/2024 season)

*Note: it is possible to intervene in winter maintenance during the summer road maintenance and vice versa in the event of such needs (weather anomalies, road accidents).

**Due to the nature of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party has specified the date of commencement and completion of the contract (taking into account the weather conditions prevailing in recent years).
