Delivery of two brand new electric MAXI city buses
1. The object of the order is:
1) delivery of two brand new MAXI city buses with electric drive;
2) providing a guarantee for purchased buses;
3) providing post-warranty service for the delivered buses;
4) granting the Ordering Party limited authorization in the scope of at least: engine and battery system maintenance as well as maintenance and repair of warranty suspension, driving, pneumatic, braking, steering, cooling and other systems not directly related to the storage of electricity in the purchased vehicles;
5) training of the Ordering Party's employees.
Detailed formal, technical requirements, equipment, warranty and service conditions for electric buses are described in Annex 1 to SWZ. The buses provided by the Contractor must comply with the requirements described in this annex.
In addition, the Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 393(1)(4) of the Public Procurement Law, will reject the Contractor's offer in which the share of products originating from the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which, pursuant to the Council Decision, the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply, used for the construction of buses, does not exceed 50%.
After selecting the offer and before signing the delivery contract, the Contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party a draft contract of limited internal authorization, which may not contradict this specification or the concluded contract. In the event of non-compliance of the provisions of the authorization agreement with the specification or delivery contract, the relevant provisions of the above-mentioned documents shall apply. Failure to submit this contract by the Contractor will be the basis for refusing to conclude a public procurement contract.
The contracting authority informs that in the procedure it will use the so-called reverse procedure, referred to in Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law. Information on how to submit a tender in the reverse procedure can be found in Chapter XV - Description of how tenders are prepared.
