1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a passenger vehicle (8-seater minibus with cargo space) for the needs of PIG - PIB.

2. The detailed scope and method of execution of the object of the order is specified in:

a. Annex 1 to SWZ — 'Description of the object of the procurement”;

b. Annex 2 to SWZ — “Designed Contract Terms”.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a passenger vehicle (8-seater minibus with cargo space) for the State Geological Institute — State Research Institute.

2. The vehicle will be used in all seasons and days, in atmospheric conditions encountered in the Polish climate zone, used on hard, dirt, unpaved or grassed roads.

3. The Contracting Authority shall require that the object of the order be produced no earlier than 2021, complete, free from physical and legal defects and factory new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery excluding the use necessary for the test of its correct operation.

4. The supplied car must come from the manufacturer's official distribution channels also covering the European Union market, ensuring in particular the implementation of the warranty allowances.

5. The items included in the subject of the contract on the date of submission of tenders may not be intended by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale.
